Job Description
Managing Associate, Management Team - Savannah, Georgia
Must be a driven professional with a pattern of success as an Agent or Advisor in Financial Services, desiring a Management Career Path in the Jacksonville market.
With Financial Design Associates, you’ll be part of an entrepreneurial system with access to a broad portfolio of innovative products, powerful sales tools, and a large resource network so you can focus on activities that get results. If you aspire to lead, and qualify for our Managing Associate Program, we can help you sample the agency leadership role. Upon successful completion, you can be appointed to a Sales Manager position.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting for clients through networking and referrals, building a referral-based practice.
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Providing financial solutions for clients through fact finding, needs analyses, and comprehensive financial strategies
Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing customized levels of training, professional development, and joint work with fellow associates and experienced advisors
Assist Management Team with training & development and joint work with fellow associates.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centered focus
Willingness to network in both professional and personal markets
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and goal-oriented
1 to 3 years of Financial Services experience preferred
Life/Health License required
FINRA Licenses Series 6,63 preferred
