The room is just over 11' x 11' plus a closet. Front of the house facing west, so sun doesn't shine in first thing in the morning. Hardwood floors like the rest of the house. Partially furnished. A shared bathroom with a shower tub combo. The house is on the outskirts of a pretty good neighborhood. I have yet to hear of any crime around me and I've lived here for a year and a half. Also the front of the house faces a golf course, but there's a high fence and lots of trees between us and it. There's a big back yard with a fire pit. There's a front porch with sitting room and a small front and side yard, the side yard is off street parking and there's street parking in front of the house, the sweeper comes on Friday nights. The common areas of the house are nice and open with lots of Windows. It's hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has a big fridge with a freezer, a working dishwasher, oven and stove. For the size and quality of the place compare to the price, it beats a lot of stuff downtown.
