Looking for a new roommate for a March/April move in date! I'd like to split everything 50/50 which would be around 650-700/mo and that is including elec, water and wifi. Common area is furnished already but you would need to furnish your room. You have your own bathroom and walk in closet. Apt has dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi & cable already.
