I recently moved to Savannah and my friend decided to stay back. After this, the apt complex put me in a 1 bedroom instead of a 2. I sleep in the living room and you would have a private room. You will not be on the lease and won't have to pay any application fees. Has Internet and cable. No laundry onsite though, but does have connections if you want to buy a new wash/dryer.
