Job Description
Orr Partners is looking for an energetic, experienced and customer service oriented individual for a an exciting opportunity in the Savannah, GA area. Orr has been working with a large client in Savannah for the past 8 years, having served as owner's representative for over 4 million sf of new construction projects. The Orr brand is well know in the local design and construction community and we pride ourselves in promoting outcomes for projects that are successful for all involved. We are currently managing 5 projects for this client and are seeking and individual who can take the lead one of the large projects ($40-$50M). Details on the client and the project will be made available to candidates that we are considering for this position.
In addition to serving as Senior Project Manager for the above referenced project, the selected candidate will be tasked with growing our presence in Savannah and the south east. The long-term vision is that candidate will established and run a permanent office in Savannah. We are an extremely well regarded provider of owner's representative services and developer and are extremely bullish on the Savannah and SE market. We want a motivated individual who will help us expand our operations and grow our brand. While there are business development components, this is not a pure business development role. Qualified candidates must be entrepreneurial, able to demonstrate leadership, have an understanding of business operations, have an understanding of the Savannah and SE real estate market and have 5-7 years of project management experience.
