Job Description
A Savannah Real Estate law firm seeking an experienced real estate paralegal with minimum of 3 -7 years of experience with commercial property transactions.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft closing documents including closing statements, etc...
Draft purchase and sales agreement amendments, leases and other transaction documents
Review property documents and leases
Handle contract administration and management
Review & analyze contracts and lease documents
Pre-closing and closing management
Prepare binders
Review title and survey documents
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's OR Associates in Paralegal OR 7+ years experience
Notary
3 + years Commercial Real Estate Document Preparation experience
