Randstad has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager/Bookkeeper. This position requires someone with accuracy in accounts payable and receivable.
Duties include but not limited to:
Greeting all residents, future residents and internal team members in a professional manner
Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task while resolving conflict to benefit all concerned parties
Advanced bookkeeping and clerical work
Facilitating all aspects in the apartment leasing process
Promoting positive resident relations
Respecting the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety
Planning and executing on site marketing and advertising directives
Preparing month end reports
Managing lease exposure
Working hours: Monday -Friday 9am-5pm
