In my opinion, the Havanese breed is the best possible puppy you can get. They are best known for their lively gait caused by a slightly higher back end. Its like a happy spring in their step! They have a high intelligence combined with a intense willingness to please that sets them apart from other small breeds. Their mischievous expression seen in those great big eyes is just adorable. They are very alert and playful even as adult dogs, but not naturally hyper like many other toy breeds. They often behave like little clowns and provide great entertainmen?t!
We breed well within the AKC guidelines of 8 1/2 to 12 1/2 at shoulders and our puppies will grow to between 9 and 12 pounds.
